Got to the office at 7:35 this morning.
Got home 10 minutes ago.
Hopefully, working so long today means that I'll be getting Monday off- after all, I haven't gotten any laundry done in about 3 weeks now. Sadly, it consists of the following:
5 sets of uniforms
20 pairs of black socks
12 white undershirts
3 sets of workout shorts and 5 shirts (yep, that's how many times I've been able to make it to the gym)
1 pair of jeans
3 shirts- 1 polo, 2 tees
That should pretty much sum up how 2007 has been going for me so far. Haven't gone out since the infamous "Fondue Party Incident", partly because I've been working so fucking much, partly because nobody returns my calls when I do want to play (Michelle, you're the exception- that's all scheduling conflicts). So basically, my weekends have consisted of coming home, maybe checking my email, decompressing in front of the TV for a couple of hours, and going to bed. And I don't even wanna get started on the weekdays.
Awesome existence, huh?
Meanwhile, my roommates and the majority of my friends are in Japan for a few days of well- earned rest, and are hitting up several other ports along the Pacific Rim over the next 2-3 months. Talk about hindsight being 20/20.
