Crash and Burn

I should have known better.

I just got an email from Diana a little while ago, asking that I don't write or call her again. Apparently, she thinks it would be unfair to get my hopes up when she doesn't see any chance of anything happening between us.

Too late.

I didn't tell her that, but yeah, everybody knew it. Great, back at square one all over again.

Ted's To-do list for tonight:

-Go out
-Get really, really drunk
-Find some random girl (preferably a redhead) to make out with for a while.
-Go home and go to bed alone.


Story of my life, it seems like. Every time I think I have something good about to happen to me, something comes along and crashes my chances. My fault for opening myself up to a girl again. I thought I would have learned by now...maybe this is just a sign that I'm not supposed to have anything like that yet.
